What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry to hear that you may have received the wrong product, or that your item may be damaged. Please email us at clientcare@troverie.com1-877-TROVE88 or click here with your name, order number, photos of the incorrect / damaged item, and a photo of the SKU label that was on the box or bag in which you received your item (cell phone images are fine.) We will be happy to help you right away.
