Once we have provided you with the Return Merchandise Authorization approval and return shipping instructions and your return has been shipped, it will take a couple of days or up to a week for the jeweler to receive and process the return to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery.
Before requesting a return, ensure that you have the original watch box, warranty materials, manuals, instructions, and a copy of the sales invoice, gift receipt, or packing slip. In order to insure the quality of our products, the Troverie security tag must remain attached and not show any signs of wear, be bent in any way, or show any signs of tampering. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if any of your purchases have not been delivered with a Troverie security tag. Returns that are damaged or do not comply with the above guidelines will not be accepted and will be routed back to the customer.
If it's been longer than a week since the return was delivered to the jeweler, shoot us a note at email@example.com and we'll make sure everything is on track.
